The job

SDR: the one who opens the door

You call decision-makers at B2B companies on behalf of our clients, work out whether they have a need, and book the meeting. It sounds simple. It isn't, and that's exactly why it's worth learning.

Your role
  • Call decision-makers every day, for several regular clients
  • Qualify: do they have a need, and is the timing right?
  • Book meetings and write notes the sales rep can actually use
  • Bring what you hear in the market back to the team
What you get
  • A team lead who listens in and coaches you every day
  • Base salary plus commission
  • Real clients to look after from your first month
  • A clear path: SDR → supervisor → team lead or specialist
What we look for
  • You want to get somewhere, and you'll work for it
  • You like talking to people
  • You're ready for more responsibility than you've had before
  • Experience is not a requirement. Drive is

The path

SDR today. Team lead or specialist when you're ready.

Every team lead and supervisor we have today started as an SDR. We promote from within, and the path doesn't only go one way.

SDR

You call for regular clients and learn the craft: the list, the pitch, the objections, the qualifying. Coaching with your team lead every day.

Everyone starts here. Including the people running teams today.

Supervisor

You still call, but now you bring new SDRs up to speed and own part of the client's result.

You get it when you're ready for it. Not when the calendar says so.

Team lead or specialist

Two ways to go. As a team lead you run a team, own the client relationship with the client lead, and coach your SDRs every day. As a specialist you go deeper into whatever you're best at: a segment, an industry, a channel.

And we're a young team that moves fast. If you're good at something else, HR, marketing, finance, IT, or something we haven't invented yet, there's room for that.

The practical bits

Titangade 13, Nørrebro

Cycling distance to most of the city. A bright office, sit-stand desks, and a kitchen we actually use.

  • Full-time, and part-time while you study
  • Rolling start dates. We don't wait for the next intake
  • Danish is the working language. We call Danish companies, so you'll need to speak it

Questions

What most people ask

Do I need sales experience?

No. Most of us started without it. You get coached every day by a team lead who has done the job. The one thing we can't teach you is wanting it.

What does it pay?

Base salary plus commission on the meetings you book.

Is it telemarketing?

No. You don't read a script at consumers. You call CEOs and heads of sales at B2B companies, for regular clients whose business you know inside out. It's a conversation, not a recital.

What's it like to work here?

Structured and informal at the same time. We know the week's numbers, and we laugh a lot. Bad jokes included. The work just has to be good.

How soon can I start?

Whenever you're ready. Send your application and we'll get back to you. If it's a match, we meet on Titangade and find a start date that suits you.
