Privacy policy

How we handle your data

This policy covers lr-partners.dk. It sets out what we collect when you fill in a form or book a meeting, why we do it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us for.

Version 1.0 · effective 1 October 2026

In short

We use what you write only to contact you about what you asked about. We don't send newsletters, we don't sell data on, and we use no advertising or analytics cookies on this site. You can always request access or erasure at ads@lr-partners.dk.

1. Data controller

LR Partners ApS, CVR 44489791, Titangade 13A, 1., 2200 København N, Denmark.

Privacy questions and requests: ads@lr-partners.dk. General enquiries: info@lr-partners.dk. We have not appointed a formal Data Protection Officer; the privacy contact above handles all requests.

2. What we collect, and why

When you book a meeting

Name, phone number, work email and company. We use it to agree a time and prepare for the meeting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated (GDPR article 6(1)(f)), and, ahead of any agreement, article 6(1)(b).

If you pick a time in the calendar on the booking page, the booking is made with HubSpot, which creates you as a contact in our CRM. See section 3.

When you apply for a job

Name, phone number, email, the type of employment you are looking for, your CV and whatever you write in the application itself. We use it to assess your application and contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent and the steps preceding possible employment (article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Please do not include your civil registration number, health information or other sensitive data in your application. We do not ask for it and do not need it.

When you visit the site

Our web host records ordinary server logs: IP address, time, which page was requested and which browser was used. This is done to operate and secure the site, and the logs are not used to profile visitors. The legal basis is legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell data and do not disclose it to anyone other than the processors needed to run the site. Each of them processes data under a data processing agreement and only for the purpose stated.

We may also disclose data where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

4. International transfers

The site is hosted in the EU. HubSpot is established in the United States, and the data in our HubSpot instance sits on their European hublet. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, and otherwise by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and afterwards only as long as we are required to by law, for example under bookkeeping and employment record-keeping rules.

  • Meeting requests and enquiries: up to 24 months after the last contact.
  • Job applications: up to 6 months after the recruitment process ends. If you would like us to keep your details longer for future openings, we will ask for your consent.
  • Server logs: up to 6 months.

If you ask us to erase your data sooner, we will, unless we have a statutory obligation to keep it. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a short period until the backup cycle overwrites it.

6. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to the inbox and the CRM where enquiries land is limited to the staff who need it and is protected with two-factor authentication.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • obtain access to the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy,
  • obtain rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
  • obtain erasure of your data, where we have no overriding legal obligation to keep it,
  • obtain restriction of processing while a request is being handled,
  • obtain data portability: receive the data you provided to us in a machine-readable format,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Write to ads@lr-partners.dk. We respond within the time limits set by the GDPR.

You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

8. Cookies

We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on lr-partners.dk, so no cookie banner is shown.

Two things do store something in your browser:

  • Your language choice is stored locally in the browser (localStorage) so you land on Danish or English next time. It never leaves your browser.
  • The calendar on the booking page is provided by HubSpot and sets its own cookies when you open it, so the booking can go through. If you don't open the booking page, it isn't loaded.

9. LR Hub

LR Hub is our internal sales platform and has its own, more extensive privacy policy, because it processes data for our clients and for the people we contact on their behalf. You'll find it at lr-hub.com/privacy. This page covers lr-partners.dk only.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we update the version and date at the top of the page.
